Your body matters. Your story matters.
At Mindful Food & Motion, ALL bodies are welcome. There are no prerequisites for worthiness.
Have you had it with the ups and downs of dieting, but aren’t sure what to do next? At Mindful Food & Motion, you can explore a life without harmful dieting and overwhelming body shame.
You can let go of obsessing about food, and assessing your worth based on a number on the scale. You can let go of the struggle, bargaining, constant accounting, and criticizing.
Here you can discover more peace with food and your body in order to live more comfortably and vibrantly. You can learn to develop and trust a relaxed, accepting, and wise inner voice to guide you more confidently and consistently.
You deserve healing.
