It’s easier when we journey together
If you have any questions about classes or are wondering if they would be a good fit for you, please reach out by emailing info@mindfulfoodandmotion.com. All classes and groups will be asked to abide by the MFM group guidelines.
ALL classes meet virtually.
Find community with other folks who are seeking guidance to create a positive relationship with food and their bodies.
We anticipate a variety of body sizes and other identities. In classes and groups, as with all MF&M activities, we will specifically not equate size with health or worth, nor gender with anatomy. We respect each individual’s personal autonomy and consciously work to empower self-determined choice and agency within community with others.
Join our MONTHLY Book Club
We’re a community of engaged readers interested in intuitive eating, self-care, mindfulness, body acceptance, and intersectional feminism. We hope you’ll join us!

You could be someone who is considering taking a class or having private consultations, someone interested in this field of work, or another professional who wants to connect.
