Dive into a Body Trust practice.

It’s here! The first run of the 14-week Body Trust®️ Wellness Group is coming to Mindful Food and Motion. This is the curriculum developed by Be Nourished founders Dana Sturtevant and Hilary Kinavey and is now facilitated by Certified Body Trust Providers like Nicole. 

This group utilizes the Body Trust approach to healing, which has a much different flavor than our usual striving for “fixing.” It uses several philosophies including Health at Every Size ®️ (HAES®️), Intuitive Eating, and mindfulness practices to move toward true healing

Over the course of 14-weeks, we will dive into the nine core elements of a Body Trust practice (see infographic), with topics such as:

  • The diet mind and the diet cycle

  • Neutralizing food and eating

  • The inner critic

  • Healing body shame

  • Weight-neutral self-care

  • and so much more…
